Your Subscription

1. How flexible is my subscription?

We've made it as easy as possible for our subscription to suit your lifestyle. You can pause,skip, cancel and change delivery frequency in the customer portal.

2. When will I be charged?

When you first sign up you will be charged on that day for your first delivery. After your first order your account will be billed when your order renews unless you pause, skip or cancel your subscription. For our Wednesday deliveries, the order will be renewed and charged on the Friday beforehand at 12pm (Midday) 

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription on ‘Your Details’ tab within the customer portal. We are unable to cancel any orders or refund charges for cancellations if these are not made before the order cut off on Fridays at 12pm.

4. When do I have to order my meals by?

Any changes made to your upcoming delivery must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Fridays to receive it the following Wednesday. 


1. How are my meals delivered?

We package each order with special care. Each delivery box contains gel packs and insulation that keep the meals fresh during transit. Our delivery partners will deliver your meals every Wednesday or Friday depending on your preference. Deliveries are carbon neutral and are always free!

2. What happens if I'm out?

Your Tastily delivery will be left in your designated safe storage space in an ice-cooled box that will keep food fresh and chilled for up to 24 hours. You can enter details of your safe storage space during the checkout process.

Your Meals

1. How do I heat up my meals?

Remove the Tastily sleeve, prick or peel the plastic<br /> Microwave (850W): Heat for 3 minutes on a high heat<br /> Oven: Preheat to 180 and heat for 30 minutes

2. How does the food stay fresh for 7 days?

Our food is packaged using state-of-the-art Modified Atmosphere Packaging which allows for extended shelf life. It sucks out the air in the tray and replaces it with carbon dioxide and nitrogen which keeps the food fresh. Each meal has a 'use buy' date on the back of the branded sleeve.

3. Can I freeze my meals?

You can freeze the meals and consume within 2 months, however we encourage you to eat fresh to ensure maximum flavour.

4. What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If your order did not arrive as expected, please email and our customer care team will be able to help you.

Our Ingredients

1. Is Tastily food free range or organic?

We aim to include as much free range and organic produce as possible. All eggs used in our dishes are free range. We endeavour to source our meat from British farms which are members of the Red Tractor Assurance scheme, which provides assurance that the food has been produced to high standards across the whole length of the food chain. Our meals are not Halal.

2. Is your kitchen nut free?

Our kitchen is not nut free. To get the most authentic flavours we use tree and ground nuts in some of our meals.

Packaging recycling

1. What packaging do you use?

Our trays are custom made at Faerch, using their Evolve plastic which is made from 85% recycled plastic.

2. How do I recycle the packaging?

<p>Our branded sleeves, outer box and insulation are all made from 100% recyclable paper. The meal trays can be rinsed and also put in your household recycling whilst the ice packs can be safely emptied down the sink and outer case recycled too.</p><br /> <p>London customers can also retrun the packaging to us at Tastily! Simply leave your outer box, insulation, branded sleeves and ice packs in a safe and visible place for the delivery driver to pick up as they deliver your next box. These will then be returned to Tastily where our team will get to work to ensure they can be used again.</p>
